DELIVERY
If ordering more than one item we will deliver all items when we have all goods in stock unless otherwise instructed. Should you wish us to dispatch items as they become available we may impose additional delivery charges. In the unlikely event of your product being lost in transit, please wait 5 days before contacting us incase it has been delayed. Goods damaged in transit must be retained incase we need to arrange for inspection. Please ensure you are available to sign for your parcel as this will not be left without a signature.
NON-STOCK ITEMS
Individual or uncommon parts ordered specifically for a customer must be paid in full prior to the order being placed.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
At Euro Trailer Parts we hope that you are happy with your purchase, however we know that sometimes you will need to return on cancel an item.

Euro Trailer Parts must be informed of any return requests within 7 days of the original order date and parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Any products returned must be in a re-salable condition and include the original packaging.

Any parts returned must not have been fitted.

Please note: part returns are subject to Euro Trailer Parts discretion and will only be accepted if the supplier is willing to accept the returned goods (if applicable).

All part returns are subject to a 30% handling fee and if applicable the customer is responsible for any charges incurred for returning goods to Euro Trailer Parts or their suppliers. These costs will be deducted from the value of goods being credited.
